Our Specialist Sonographers start every scan with a fetal well-being check. You will receive a detailed report to take away. During the scan our Sonographer will take a peek between the legs to confirm baby boy or girl.

Gender Scan – weeks £ This is a scan to look for whether you are having a boy or a girl. It is 97% accurate – we cannot guarantee to absolutely always.

This scan is for early pregnancy usually between weeks. Designed for parents who would like reassurance and to see a heartbeat. Also, if you are unsure of your dates or cannot get to see your midwife as soon as you would like, these scans are perfect for giving you an estimated due date and confirm if a single or multiple pregnancy. Please note we use a transabdominal across your tummy probe for this scan. It is important to drink 1 litre of water 45 minutes before the scan.

Book Numi Reassurance Scan. This package is designed for parents who would like continued reassurance throughout the first trimester and to see a heartbeat on each scan. This is a great way to watch baby grow with your partner and see your baby in 4D throughout the first trimester. It is a traditional 2D scan that can be conducted at any stage of your pregnancy after your initial NHS appointment. The well-being scan focuses on the development of your unborn baby and allows us to check growth measurements, fetal movement, weight calculations, establish placenta position, amniotic fluid volume, provide an audible heartbeat trace and identify the position of your baby.

At six weeks the purpose of the early viability ultrasound scan is to confirm a fetal heartbeat and exclude an ectopic pregnancy.
